Restructuring

This section will explore structural reforms in measurement, alignment, and mediation for six key areas:

  1. Reform Financial reporting – accounting reforms and populous outcome statements (a longitudinal, value-based public reporting part of a new set of financials)
  2. Reform Financial markets – generational & economic triad financing
  3. Economic triads & Supporting Governmental Reforms – Tax policy and some department realignments and consolidations
  4. Macro Governmental reforms – Constitutional Amendments– to include judicial reforms
  5. Plural Consensus Authorities – addressing issues in moral conduct and education
  6. Education reforms

The first three are measurement and alignment reforms. The last three are mediating and administrative reforms.
