Neal’s financial expertise encompasses all aspects, from complex healthcare revenue cycle processes to corporate finance, involving sophisticated mezzanine and equity funding. He has authored financial policies and reimbursement methodologies, evaluated, and led the implementation of new economic and operational systems. Neal was also a consultant for a national firm specializing in the Home Care and Hospice industry.
After earning his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Neal obtained his Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor certificates. He is also a Certified M&A Advisor. His progression of responsibilities moved from auditor, analyst, manager, accounting director, controller levels to CFO and the position of President/COO for a $267M national healthcare services company.
